Classical Archaeology and Ancient History

The College normally has scope to admit at least one candidate to read Classical Archaeology and Ancient History each year.

Dr Alison Rosenblitt acts as personal tutor to undergraduates reading CAAH at Regent’s Park, and teaches options in Roman history and historiography. Subjects outside these areas are generally taught by tutors in other colleges. Regent’s Park College makes an ideal base for reading CAAH, as it is located between the Classics Faculty, the Ashmolean Museum, and the Sackler Library. You will find more details of the degree programme itself on the Classics Faculty website.

6 students admitted each year: normally, 2 Classics and English, 2 Classics, 1 Classical Archaeology and Ancient History, and 1 Ancient and Modern History.
