Sabah Kaiser is an experienced professional in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). She has a proven track record of translating EDI principles into practical policies and ensuring compliance with EDI legislation. Sabah has been involved in significant inquiries, such as a consultant to the COVID-19 Inquiry and Ethnic Minority Ambassador and Consultant to Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, demonstrating her ability to transform victims’ voices into tangible policies. She specialises in addressing safeguarding concerns for women and girls facing cultural and religious restrictions, providing support in seven languages while being fluent in eight. Sabah focuses on cultural competency, awareness and fostering an inclusive environment in our ever-evolving super-diverse nation, ensuring marginalised voices play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes and navigating complexity.

She focuses on enhancing justice, policing, and public safety as a subject matter expert in safeguarding women and children. Sabah leads efforts to ensure the representation of diverse perspectives in inquiries and studies, addressing structural barriers and contributing to changes in law and policy to keep all communities safe. Her diverse consultancy roles include supporting The CSA Centre (Barnardo’s) & NWG (The National Working Group For Sexually Exploited Children And Young People) in developing a multi-agency CSA Safeguarding Pathway, protecting children from child sexual abuse, and focusing on diversity and inclusion.
