How do I make a donation to Regent’s Park college?
We are hugely appreciative of the support we receive from alumni and friends. Your generous support ensures the continued flourishing of Regent’s and allows us to provide the best experience possible for our students. You can make a donation online, or contact the Development Office for more information. Donations from the US can be made tax-efficiently and easily through Americans for Oxford (AFO).

How do I notify you of my change of address and/or change of name?
You can fill out this online form, or contact development@regents.ox.ac.uk. Visit our ‘Stay in Touch’ page for more information. If you know of any Regent’s friends who are not hearing from us, please encourage them to update their details too!

Why have I not received Regent’s Now recently?
Regent’s Now is published annually. Regular publication date is currently under review. The next edition is due to be published by March 2025. If you think you have missed out on your copy, please contact the Development Office to ensure that we have your up-to-date mailing address.

I am interested in one of your events but I have not received an invitation
Firstly, we are delighted that you’re interested in attending one of our alumni events! Please email development@regents.ox.ac.uk or call +44 (0)1865 288119. Sometimes, our event invitations are targeted at specific interest groups. However, it is also possible that our contact details or interest records for you are incomplete – you may need to update your details. Information about upcoming events are posted on this page.

How do I find out about Regent’s alumni in my area?
Unfortunately, there are currently no specific regional Regent’s alumni groups. If you are interested in setting one up, please contact the Development Team – they would love to hear from you and help you connect with other alumni wherever possible.

Can you give me my friend’s contact details?
Due to GDPR, we cannot give out any personal details of our graduates (as this is prohibited in regulations laid out in the Data Protection Act 2018). If you would like to get back in contact with your Regent’s contemporaries, we are very happy to pass on your message and details to the person you want to contact.
Please send your message by email (development@regents.ox.ac.uk) or post (The Development Office, Regent’s Park College, Pusey Street, Oxford, OX1 2LB), providing your friend’s first name, surname (current and former), subject and matriculation year. If we do not have contact details for your friend, we will let you know – it may be worth checking with us first!

How do I request my alumni card?
For further information or to apply for an Alumni Card please visit the central Oxford University Alumni Office website. They will be able to assist you. You may need your alumni number to proceed. You can contact development@regents.ox.ac.uk to request this.

How do I graduate?
Those who wish to take their degree – current student or alumni – either in person or in absentia, please see information about graduation, certificates and transcripts on the College website. How do I collect my MA (Oxon)?
If you are a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Fine Arts, you can supplicate for the degree of Master of Arts in or after the 21st term from your matriculation. For more information, please contact the Academic Administrator: academic.administrator@regents.ox.ac.uk, or +44 (0)1865 288153. Please note, from 2024 there is an administrative fee, set and charged by the University, of £105 for the MA conferral and certificate.

How do I get a replacement certificate or transcript?
Transcripts are not produced for students matriculating before 2007.
Post-2007 transcripts are sent automatically to students when they have completed their degree. Students can request extra copies directly from the Examination Schools. More information can be found on the University website.

I would like to stay in College, is this possible?
All available accommodation is used during term time, though some rooms may be available during vacation periods. Please contact Reception for more information by emailing reception@regents.ox.ac.uk, or calling +44 (0)1865 288120.

I would like to use the College Library – whom do I contact?
Unfortunately, alumni are not able to use the library during term time, but you may be able to visit by appointment during vacations. For more information, please contact the College Librarian, Ashley Knowlton.
Regent’s also houses The Angus Library and Archive – the leading collection of Baptist history and heritage worldwide. It contains more than 70,000 items relating to the life and history of Baptists in Britain and around the world. Alumni are welcome to use the Angus library and should contact the Angus Librarian, Emily Burgoyne, to make an appointment. There is a small charge of £5 per day to use the Angus.
