Graduate Accommodation

Regent’s Park has a small number of rooms we can offer but we cannot guarantee accommodation for graduate students.

Regent’s Park College Graduate House – 110c Banbury Road (10 minute walk from College)

110c Banbury Road has nine bedrooms, divided into three fully furnished flats. Each flat has three double bedrooms for single occupancy only, a shared bathroom, lounge, and kitchen. There are three different room sizes in each flat.

Prices for 2023/24 inclusive of utilities and wi-fi.

  • Room size 1 – 3.7m x 2.8m £620 pcm £6,200 per year (10 months contract October-July)
  • Room size 2 – 3.8m x 3.4m £716 pcm £7,160 per year I10 month contract October-July)
  • Room size 3 – 3.6m x 3m £695 pcm £6,950 per year (10 month contract October- July)

Regent’s Park nominated rooms – Castle Mill (15 minute walk from College)

Regent’s Park has an agreement with the University’s Graduate Accommodation Office and we are able to offer 8 rooms for our own students at Castle Mill . The applications for these rooms are dealt with by the College (not the Graduate Accommodation Office).

How to apply for Regent’s Park accommodation

Accommodation for first year graduates is offered on a first-come-first-served basis and is allocated to Regent’s Park students once they have a confirmed place and their Financial Declaration has been approved.

Unfortunately, we do not have accommodation suitable for couples or families.

University Accommodation

The University’s Accommodation Office lets and manages rooms, flats and houses on sites owned by the University in and around Oxford City centre which are available for graduate students. Please see University Graduate Accommodation for more information on how to apply. We recommend you submit your application early.
