Dr Petkoff was an invited speaker at an International conference on ‘Orthodox Theology in the 21st Century: Challenges and Perspectives’ in November 24-28, 2024 Athens organised by the National Kapodistrian University. He presented a paper on the legacy of Charles Malik across several key events in the twentieth century – the drafting of the Universal Declaration of Human Right, the first meeting between Pope Paul VI and Patriarch Athenagoras of Constantinople since teh Great Schism and the drafting of Dignitatis Humanae.
