Regent's Park College was built on a foundation of equality and diversity, mutual respect, toleration and the freedom of religion or belief. A central pillar of our College identity, such ethos shapes the commitment to inclusive and respectful coexistence of all Regent’s members and is reflected in much of the work of the College.

The Dean, Dr Peter Petkoff, is charged by Governing Body with fostering a College community based on equality, non-discrimination, mutual respect and fairness. Peter oversees all aspects of student discipline except those that apply to academic study. The Dean is concerned with matters of policy and with the College’s rules, which are set out in the College Handbook. Junior Members may also be summoned to see the Dean, and they are reminded that such summons take priority over any academic, sporting or social engagement. Working with Peter is a team of Junior Deans, ably managed by the the Director of Operations, Jamie Speed-Andrews. The team works between the hours of 8pm and 6:30am, and can be called to help students in need of assistance. The Junior Deans have a wealth of experience and can listen and/or signpost students to helpful resources.
