We are honoured to welcome Dr Francis Gurry as a Visiting Fellow of Regent’s Park College.

Until 2020, Dr Gurry was Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the global forum for intellectual property services, policy, information and cooperation. “Regent’s is delighted to be able to welcome Dr Francis Gurry to our fellowship. Dr Gurry is a distinguished international lawyer with wide experience and expertise and we look forward very much to sharing academic conversation and community life with him as he becomes more involved at Oxford.” Dr Rob Ellis, Principal

“Our law community at Regent’s Park is very excited about Dr Gurry’s visiting fellowship. I have worked with WIPO colleagues before and know of Dr Gurry’s excellent leadership of the organisation. He will be an outstanding role model for our students and I look forward to hosting him for academic events.” Dr Mimi Zhou, Director of Studies in Law
