Derek Hatch is Professor of Religion and Endowed Chair of Baptist Studies at Georgetown College in Kentucky. Trained as a theologian, he is the coordinator of the North American Baptist Fellowship Scholars Collaboration and serves on the Baptist World Alliance’s Commission on Baptist Doctrine and Christian Unity. His research explores the intersections of Baptist life and thought, ecumenical theology, and Christian liturgy.
