Monsignor David-Maria Jaeger, O.F.M, J.C.D., is a prelate auditor (judge) of the Roman Rota, a supreme law court of the Holy See and a Professor in Canon Law at the Pontifical University Antonianum, Rome.  An an expert in Law and Religion and relations between religion and teh state in the Middle East Monsg Jaeger was a Chief negotiator on the Fundamental Agreement between the Holy See and the State of Israel (1993).
