1810 Society

Securing the Future through Philanthropy

The 1810 Society, launched in October 2014, aims to recognise alumni and friends whose continued support is helping to realise Regent’s mission of remaining a thriving centre of educational excellence for interested and interesting people. All those who have given at least £18.10 in a single financial year automatically become members of the society for that year.

Donation Tiers

In order to ensure that the 1810 Society is attainable to all, the Society operates on a tiered giving system. Below is a comprehensive chart detailing exactly how much you need to donate in order to be recognised as a member of the Society.

Annual Donation Monthly Cost
Recent Leavers (Previous Year) £18.10 N/A
Young Alumni (Under 30 and Clergy) £181.00 £15
Alumni £1810.00 £150

Members of the 1810 Society receive a certificate recognising their contribution and a commemorative pin.  Most of all, though, members are always welcome to join the College community and its alumni at events celebrating our mission, values and achievements which the 1810 Society plays a vital role in helping us to realise.

Members of the 1810 Society know that an Oxford education is unique and that investment is needed to enable a college like Regent’s Park to provide a great student experience and to support cutting-edge research.  Through the activities of our students, before and after graduation, and the researches of our academics, Regent’s Park hopes to make a worthwhile and significant contribution to human flourishing, and we are very grateful for the support of members of the 1810 Society who contribute to this.
